Fantastic learning experience

In just two days, Rick Waters explained things that I had been trying to understand for years.I finally gained a clear understanding of Scrum's true value and how it should be effectively applied

Great class and experienced instructor.

Rick was not only very knowledgeable about Scrum and its history, but was also able to present that knowledge in an engaging way. I felt like I was learning "why", not just memorizing a bunch of concepts.

I was very satisfyed with Rick Waters class. He is very talented instructor. All the aswers were up to the point, always with a good examples / stories explainig the outcome. I will be recomended all his clasess to my collegues.

Class was well paced and very comprehensive. Rick did a good job of keeping things interactive. He also went above and beyond what it takes to pass the exam. Which is to say he offered various other experiences and insights to help people on their Scrum Master journey. Overall, time and money well spent.

The training was great but that was 100% due to Rick Waters. HE was the best facilitator / instructor I've had in my 30+ years career.
