Why Organizations Choose
The New World of Work
Not all Scrum certification training is the same. Many public courses focus primarily on exam preparation. Our approach emphasizes practical application, real team dynamics, and how Scrum operates inside modern organizations.
Our private training engagements are designed to be interactive, collaborative, and grounded in real-world experience. We work with organizations to understand their teams and tailor examples, discussions, and exercises to make the training directly applicable to their work.
-
Over 6,000 Certified ScrumMaster students trained
-
99%+ first-attempt CSM exam pass rate
-
Highly interactive workshop-style training
-
Real-world Agile coaching experience built into instruction
Typically, our Private Courses cost more than other trainers charge for public Scrum certification courses, because our Private Courses require us to meet with our clients privately and form an in-depth profile of the business, the team(s) we will be training, and formulate a customized training plan. This customization effort is demanding, and is what separates our trainers from the many trainers available at the more generalized Scrum Alliance site.
Each of our course differ in complexity and course design. Therefore each of our courses have different base flat rates and per-student rates. CSM and CSPO courses carry a per-student certification cost of $75. CSM + AI For Scrum Masters course carries a $110 certification cost per-student. Disregard per-student certification costs if considering Flat Fee pricing.
Per Student
-
Each student added to the class roster is charged to the client at a pre-determined rate
-
Class size limits are fixed
-
Extra expenses (class materials, travel, lodging, etc.) are invoiced for in-person courses, but there are no hidden costs
-
Rosters for in-person courses must be finalized 1 week prior to start date
Flat Fee
-
Client may add as many students to roster as needed, price does not change
-

Our private training engagements typically involve some level of customization. We meet with clients in advance to understand the teams being trained and their organizational environment so the course can include relevant examples and discussions.
Pricing Model
FAQ
We offer two pricing models for private clients:
• Flat Fee – a fixed price for the class regardless of how many students attend (within class size limits)
• Per Student – pricing based on the number of students participatingWe encourage clients to choose the pricing model that best fits their organization.
For first-time clients, a down payment of approximately 50% of the total course fee is required to reserve training dates.
Both options are available.
Some organizations prefer per-student pricing because it aligns with internal budgeting models. Others prefer flat fee pricing because it allows them to add students without affecting the price.
We are happy to work with clients to determine which pricing structure works best.
Yes. Certification fees are built directly into our pricing models.
If a client prefers, certification fees can also be separated as line items on invoices for accounting or procurement purposes.
Yes.
Clients who choose the Flat Fee pricing model and commit to multiple classes in advance may receive a 10% discount when those courses are prepaid.
Organizations planning broader training initiatives are encouraged to contact us to discuss options.
Class sizes vary slightly depending on the course.
